“The key to successful leadership today is influence, not authority” — Ken Blanchard

We are relationship builders at URPS.  The more interaction with colleagues and clients the better.  We achieve agreements faster when we have strong relationships built on trust.  Collaboration also leverages everyone’s expertise and relationships to solve problems.

This is why we enjoy being part of professional committees.  It also ensures that our industry knowledge is contemporary and robust.

We are delighted to have five URPS people appointed to various Property Council of Australia (SA) committees:

  • Anita Allen – Planning Committee
  • Brigitte Williams – Future Directions Committee
  • Chelsea Jurek – Social infrastructure Committee
  • Grazio Maiorano – Industrial and Logistics Committee
  • Matthew King – Main Streets and Retail Committee

URPS also has participants on various committees of the Urban Development Institute of Australia and the Planning Institute of Australia.

We continue to support organisations that play a key role in shaping the planning and development sector.
