Many will know Ben from his 25 years in Local Government. This included being Assessment Manager at the City of Onkaparinga responsible for more than 4,000 development applications each year.
There is not much Ben hasn’t seen – from large land divisions and complex mixed-use developments to small changes of use and everything in between. He knows what council planning staff and assessment panel members are looking for in a development application. His calm, practical and hard-working approach makes him a popular member of any project team.
Also a hard-hitting centurion who bat in the middle order for the Brighton Bombers, we reckon we’ve bagged the better Ben.
