Awakening Sleeping Sites

One week. Two unanimous approvals. Nearly 200 new dwellings.

The first is the next stage of Kite’s Dock 1 redevelopment at Port Adelaide. Enzo Caroscio Architecture skilfully designed the 56 dwellings as a contemporary response to the site’s historic context and terrific waterfront amenity.

The second is Conmetro Development’s 138 dwelling project on Darley Road at Paradise. More terrific design by Tectvs and Rivergum within a master-planned community along the River Torrens. The Council Assessment Panel was impressed by the water sensitive urban design initiatives, as well as the connectivity to areas of public open space and existing transport nodes.

Great development outcomes bringing more housing choice and different price points to the market.
