Hurtle Square, Adelaide

A $7 million, build-to-rent, apartment building.
1 Hurtle Sq

A total of 28 apartments across 9 levels on a narrow corner site with frontage to Hurtle Square.

URPS added value by convincing the Council that some apartments could be smaller than the planning guidelines due to PACT Architect’s great design. We also convinced the Council that no on-site visitor parking was necessary and that dwellings were appropriate at ground level rather than commercial land uses.

The result is greater residential yield in a build-to rent format on this small site close to so many great facilities.
