Revamp of the 6000m2 centre for ?? shops including a new mall entry, loading dock, and extensive car parking.

URPS added value by addressing design and appearance challenges, heritage and traffic impacts, the pedestrian environment and interaction with Todd Mall.  Protecting existing trees and providing landscaping/shade were also paramount given the hot climate.

Close collaboration with Alice Springs Town Council and the Northern Territory Government to integrate other nearby developments/road upgrades will magnify the positive impact on Alice Springs.
