Waymouth Street, Adelaide

A $70 million, 15 storey apartment building with refurbished Local Heritage Place in the west end of the City of Adelaide.
262 waymouth

A total of 50 apartments, with a café at ground level and a restaurant on level 1.

URPS added value by arguing that the building height, being 10 metres above the Code policy, was suitable because it retained a local heritage place. We also convinced the SCAP that it was acceptable given the context of this site was evolving to accommodate more high-rise buildings.
