Providing vocational education and training for 300 high-school aged students in a regional setting. It includes student accommodation for 44 students and 3 staff. 

When the local Council put up some resistance, URPS added value by convincing SCAP staff that a reduced street setback for the new building was acceptable. We also convinced SCAP staff that early works to relocate on-site car parking did not require approval. This brought forward the construction program and meant quicker delivery.
