The facility continues to be the home of the Walkerville Bowling Club and facilitates use by other community groups The Indoor Recreational Centre provides upgraded facilities for a range of sporting clubs including netball and basketball. Additional on-site carparking is also provided. 

URPS added value by project managing the design development phase of each project. This involved fortnightly meetings with Council staff and the design team. This facilitated great design integration, minimised neighbour impacts and expedited planning approval.
