Taplin Group Head Office, Glenelg

A $9 million mixed-use office and retail development at 85-87 Jetty Road, Glenelg.

A 6-storey development with ground floor retail, offices in upper levels, and basement level parking. Stallard Meek Flightpath Architect’s sleek design provided separation and contrast from the ground floor retail tenancies.

URPS added value by convincing the council that the building would not unreasonably impact on residential neighbours and that breaching the interface setback guidelines was acceptable. This resulted in a taller building with additional floor space.
