Briar Avenue, Medindie

A neo-classical styled home with extensive formal garden including ornate front fence, swimming pool and tennis court.

A three-storey dwelling with 4-5m ceiling heights and substantial basement level parking discretely hidden from the street.

URPS added value by convincing the Council that significant scale of the dwelling sits comfortably in the locality. This involved referencing “The Briars/McBride Hospital” diagonally opposite. It also involved detailed analysis and justification of overshadowing and overlooking impacts.
