V Hotel Virginia

A new drive-through bottle shop and 144 person function room, in Virginia.
V Hotel Virginia

A site expansion including a new bottle shop on the Virginia main street and over 500m² of new function space. The scale of the expansion posed several planning challenges.

URPS added value by refining the design of the bottle shop to be more attractive in the Virginia main street without compromising functionality. URPS also gained support from the Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) for a new access point altering recently constructed stormwater infrastructure and street upgrades.

These actions were crucial to the project gaining planning approval.
