The Chalk Hill Road location is home to Pizzateca, known for their authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas. They quickly became McLaren Vale legends after the doors opened in 2016. Oztalia restaurant provides a modern twist to the established Pizzateca offering in an entirely new venue at the same site.
URPS added value by providing ongoing strategic advice throughout concept design development and the assessment process. URPS also presented the project to the Council Assessment Panel. This guidance gave the Applicant confidence to pursue the project in the face of some community opposition.
