15-19 Halifax Street, Adelaide

The proposal is for a 202 guest room hotel, which includes top level restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking Halifax Street and the city beyond. A ground level hotel-style bar welcomes guests and those passing by, adding vibrancy and activation to the every growing popular city couth precinct.

Designed by prominent Adelaide architectural firm, PACT, the building offers a high quality design including strong angled proportions reflective of the site’s industrial history. Angled side walls take cues form the original sawtooth roof design, allowing optimal sunlight access into individual guest rooms. The architectural expression is conveyed on all elevations ensuring high visual amenity.
