We’re delighted to announce that Paul Beatty is now leading URPS Melbourne.
Paul joined URPS following a career primarily in the private sector where he has held several senior and leadership positions at large consultancies.
Highly regarded for his development facilitation and policy skill, Paul has been the lead planning consultant on several high-profile projects including:
- The Botanicca 3 development in Burnley
- The Avalon Airport Masterplan
- IKON Glen Waverley
- Pakenham Race Course and the new Race Course at Tynong
Paul also has extensive experience representing landowners and developers in planning for Melbourne’s growth areas including residential, employment and activity centre land.
Friendly, experienced and reliable, Paul is also commercially astute.
