Canterbury Avenue, Trinity Gardens

A thoughtfully designed two-storey home surrounded byprotected trees and character bungalows.

URPS added value by convincing the council to remove one of the Significant Trees on the basis that it prevented the reasonable and anticipated development of the land. We demonstrated that, while alternative design solutions were possible, they resulted in dwellings that lacked functionality.

We were also able to preserve a Significant river red gum with high retention value in the front yard.
