Waterloo Corner Code Amendment

The Code Amendment seeks to rezone approximately 14 hectares from Deferred Urban to Employment Zone at Port Wakefield Road, Waterloo Corner.

The rezoning facilitates the development of significant service trade premises and associated industrial developments. The precinct has been previously identified by the City of Salisbury as an industrial hub.

URPS added value by coordinating infrastructure negotiations with Council, DIT and SA Water to ensure a final policy position that was acceptable to all parties but most importantly, enhanced the economic value of the land and met our client objective.
