A total of 200 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Rooftop gardens together with internal swimming pool and gym facilities. On-site parking accessed from a rear lane way. 

URPS added value by facilitating pre-lodgement agreements with the Minister for Heritage, Adelaide Airports Ltd and the SA Government Architect who gave “strong support to … a high quality development outcome that contributes to the identity and civic quality of the Square through bold, enduring and durable architecture”. This expedited the development assessment process.
