Hindley Street Revitalisation

URPS is leading the engagement services for the $15M Hindley Street Revitalisation upgrade project from Concept Design release through construction.
Hindley Street upgrade

Hindley Street was last upgraded in 1999 and desperately needs a refresh to match its important cultural status and nurture its day as well as nighttime economies.

URPS is heading the engagement process through Concept Design, Detailed Design and construction.

Engagement includes:

  • Managing communication campaigns, including Fact Sheets, campaign correspondence and onsite collateral (posters, pop-ups, pavement decal stickers).
  • Creating effective community feedback channels, including a hotline, project email and drop-in sessions, encouraging the community to have their say.
  • Orchestrating key stakeholder meetings.
  • Managing client and project reputational risk through research-based and adaptable engagement strategies.
