McLaren Vale Motel

A $14 million tourist accommodation and restaurant in McLaren Value.
Render of the proposed hotel

A total of 82 rooms across 3 levels with a restaurant, kitchen, bar and function room.

URPS added value by convincing the council that a building taller than the planning guidelines anticipated was suitable at the interface with agricultural land and some residents. This added extra suites that improved the financial viability of the project.
