Our team designed and implemented engagement using a range of tactics. This included an Urban Greening Summit, Leaders Breakfast and Round Table discussions. We also undertook briefings, stakeholder workshops and community surveys.
These highly interactive engagement methods built momentum and gained commitment. They created energy and excitement around the strategy. This created a legacy of buy-in that has helped Green Adelaide as they implement the strategy.
