URPS added value by convincing the Council that a 5 storey building was appropriate where the height guideline referred to 2-3 storey buildings by carefully managing overlooking, overshadowing and visual mass.  This was underpinned by URPS’ work managing voluntary community engagement to keep neighbours informed and satisfied with the development.
