Romani Residential Aged Care

A 72-bed supported accommodation development within the Waterford Estate at Murray Bridge.
Romani Residential Aged Care

The development incorporates generous open space and supporting services such as specialist health care, a hairdresser and a café.

URPS added value by convincing Council that the land use was desirable in this location, enabling residents of Waterford Estate to transition into aged-care close to the social networks and services they already enjoy.  Traffic, parking and noise impact concerns raised by neighbours were also resolved.
