Nestled on the foreshore of Middleton, this bold & beautiful renovated beach shack provides new living spaces that work harmoniously together. 

URPS added value by supporting RAD Studio’s submission specifically by addressing concerns expressed by council regarding the design and siting of the addition. We were able to successfully demonstrate that the addition was not only a logical and orderly extension of the existing home but was also respectful of the wider character and setback conditions of the street, and therefore, would be a positive design response in the locality.
