Sereno Glenside

The project delivers a high‑quality mix of one, two and three‑bedroom apartments across two architecturally distinctive buildings connected by a shared basement. Generous balconies, refined detailing and a strong response to surrounding heritage buildings set a new benchmark for contemporary living in Glenside.

URPS added significant value through the preparaation of a comprehensive Planning Statement, coordination of specialist consultants and navigation of the complex Urban Corridor (Living) Zone, multiple overlays and sensitive heritage considerations. Our clear and robust planning justification demonstrated strong alignment with the Planning and Design Code, enabling a streamlined approval process with no public notification and ultimately securing approval.
