Four multi-storey buildings containing well in excess of 100 retirement living apartments, plus 42 single storey dwellings in a semi-detached format.  There are integrated golf course facilities such as a pro-shop, clubrooms, golf simulator, change rooms, swimming pool and function rooms.  There is also a hair salon, library and craft room for residents.  This development will see the massive rejuvenation of Flagstaff Hill Golf Course.

URPS added value by convincing the Council that several 5-6 storey buildings were appropriate where the height guideline was 2 storeys, and that the removal of some Regulated and Significant Trees was appropriate.
