Engagement Framework and Training

The City of Salisbury wanted to do engagement better. More consistent. More confident. More connected to community.
City of Salisbury

They knew that good engagement doesn’t just happen. It takes the right tools, the right training and a shared understanding of what good looks like. URPS stepped in to help make that happen.

We worked closely with Council staff to co-design a practical Engagement Framework. One that reflects Salisbury’s values and gives staff a clear, easy-to-follow roadmap for planning and delivering engagement.

We didn’t stop there. We built a toolkit full of templates, checklists and tips and delivered hands-on training to bring it all to life. The result? A confident, capable team. A consistent approach. And a stronger connection between Council and community.
