A destination hotel with 100 rooms, swimming pool, restaurant and guest facilities. The hotel won – Overall Hotel of the Year – Regional category in the 2022 – AHA National awards.
URPS added value by working closely with DASH heritage architects to justify that the existing heritage place was not worthy of retention and could be demolished to make way for this new facility of significantly larger scale.
