East Terrace, Adelaide

A $50 million, 9-storey apartment building with Park Lands frontage.

The 9-storey building replaced a 2-storey office building, providing high-spec “home-sized” apartments with panoramic views of the Adelaide Park Lands.

URPS added value by convincing SCAP that a building on this Catalyst Site at 5-storeys taller than the 4-storey planning guideline was appropriate in terms of visual and neighbour impact.
