Groundbreaking Hackham Rezoning

The need to accommodate SA’s population growth and employment in our southern suburbs has now been met with one of the biggest land releases in SA’s history.

This couldn’t come soon enough.

Changes introduced through the rezoning of over 200 hectares of land at Hackham will address the immediate need for 2000 new homes, a shopping centre and community infrastructure in the south of Adelaide.

We are pleased to have supported YAS Property & Development and Oliver Hume Corporation in realising their vision for this land as one of our State’s most desirable master planned communities of the future, complete with spectacular views of the Fleurieu Peninsula coastline.

This successful rezoning is due to the enthusiasm, commitment and collaboration of multiple landowners, government agencies, council and the private sector.

We look forward to watching this project come to life.
