Colley Terrace, Glenelg

An 18-storey retirement living and serviced apartment building in the heart of Glenelg.
Colley Terrace

Delivering 56 retirement living apartments and 50 serviced apartments along with a ground-floor restaurant and a publicly accessible pedestrian link.
URPS added value by guiding the project through the Design Review process and demonstrating to the State Commission Assessment Panel that a building well above the 12-storey height guideline was appropriate.
UPRS also supported the client by undertaking early voluntary community engagement. This significantly reduced neighbour objections and helped to streamline the assessment timeframe.
