Supported Accomodation, Toorak Gardens

A $40 million, 118 bed, supported accommodation development with integrated allied health facilities, consulting rooms and a café.
Toorak Gardens

URPS added value by convincing the Council that a 5 storey building was appropriate where the height guideline referred to 2-3 storey buildings by carefully managing overlooking, overshadowing and visual mass.  This was underpinned by URPS’ work managing voluntary community engagement to keep neighbours informed and satisfied with the development.
