Colley Terrace, Glenelg

A $26 million, 12-storey apartment building in the heart of Glenelg.

The Colley Terrace Apartments featured a 12-storey tower with views of the ocean, esplanade and picturesque Adelaide Hills. High-end living in close proximity to the Glenelg Jetty and beach, Moseley Square and Jetty Road.

URPS added value by convincing SCAP that the proposal did not require visitor car parking given its proximity to a high frequency public transport network. And that waste collection could occur on-street. This ultimately increased floor space and development yield.
