URPS added value by facilitating pre-lodgement agreements with the Minister for Heritage, Adelaide Airports Ltd and the SA Government Architect who gave “strong support to a high quality development outcome that contributes to the identity and civic quality of the Square through bold, enduring and durable architecture”.  This expedited the development assessment process.
