Loxton Waikerie

The Loxton Waikerie Growth Strategy was prepared for The District Council of Loxton Waikerie.
Loxton

Loxton Waikerie

The Strategy was developed for the region to become more liveable, competitive, and sustainable. The Strategy provides the establishment of a holistic vision for the next 25-years. The client is Council.

This vision will build on the work undertaken in the Community Plan and will guide Council’s decision making and investment.

URPS added value by developing a spatial strategy which will enable the State Planning Commission/State Government to utilise its contents to inform future planning policy and Regional Plans. This makes Council best placed to directly input into these future strategic plans. This leverages Council’s role in contributing to these broader strategic planning pieces and can lead to on the ground outcomes.
