URPS’ worked closely with architects Walter Brooke with ACG Studio and ECH to help gain approval from the City of Tea Tree Gully for this $40 million, 4-8 level retirement living and allied health services development that also features integrated Montessori early learning centre, community gardens and a café.
This high-quality retirement apartment facility is within walking distance to the Tea Tree Plaza regional shopping centre and O-Bahn bus interchange.
The proposal was sensitively designed, having regard to the site’s topography and orientation, as well as the complementary mix of activities within.
