The Coorong Growth Strategy details how the region should grow to become more liveable, competitive, and sustainable. The Plan enables the establishment of a holistic vision for the next 25-years. The policies and strategies in the Plan seek to build on the strengths of the region, such as its idyllic landscapes, strength in primary production and other key industries.

URPS added value by developing a strategy focussed on key themes that emerged through community consultation.  Priority actions were identified in consultation with Elected Members to support an implementation plan that could reasonably be delivered within Council budgets.
