Partnering with coastal experts Hatch, URPS led the engagement aspects of the project. We added value to the workshops by:
- Carefully planning the process upfront to ensure smooth delivery and minimise room for error through a co-design approach with the client.
- Adopting a consistent yet flexible engagement approach, tailoring activities to ensure they were relevant and energising for each audience while gathering equivalent information.
- Using the engagement process to build confidence in the project.
- Summarising the results in a way that highlighted overall themes while addressing region-specific nuances and ideas.
