Clarke Energy, West Thebarton

A $30+ million bespoke office and training facility.
West Thebarton

A purpose-built head office for Clarke Energy, the building houses spacious areas dedicated to sales, engineering, service, training, corporate services, and spare parts. A standout feature of the new headquarters is the state-of-the-art training centre for hands-on training of service technicians.

URPS added value by convincing the council that the existing protected trees limited the reasonable development of the land and should be removed, thereby adding valuable floorspace.
