Barossa Light and Lower Northern Region Public Health Plan

The first regional public health plan designed to foster regional cooperation and efficient delivery of practical solutions to public health challenges.

URPS was engaged to prepare a coordinated regional plan instead of individual plans.

URPS added value by leading a genuine co-design process that identified regional light house projects that addressed the region’s biggest challenges that had been identified through a robust assessment of regional public health data. URPS also developed a governance and delivery framework to enable ongoing collaboration, delivery and reporting. This framework is being implemented today.
