The largest student accommodation building in the state with over 1,000 student beds. Beyond communal laundry, kitchen and study spaces there is a cinema, 24/7 gym, games lounge and yoga space. A generous and inviting landscaped promenade also links the tower to the earliest surviving Anglican Church in South Australia being restored as part of the project. 

URPS added value by convincing the heritage experts at state and local government levels that: 

• The alterations and additions to the heritage listed buildings are sufficiently sensitive. 
• Adequate space around the heritage listed buildings is preserved. 
• The tower backdrop to the heritage listed buildings is appropriate.
