43 Gibson Street, Bowden Development

Comprising 36 apartments with 15% affordable housing. Large openings welcome pedestrians into the ground-level restaurant that also has outdoor dining spilling onto the footpath.

URPS added value by managing engagement with Council’s engineers and resolving concerns about stormwater management. We also assisted with the voluntary presentation to the Bowden Design Review Panel process. A process unique to the Bowden Brompton Village.
