31 Dwelling Affordable Housing Project – Seacombe Gardens

Bradford Projects are one of the four builders that have been engaged by the South Australian Housing Authority to assist with the delivery of 1,000 new affordable homes by the end of 2025 for low and moderate income households.

Project Overview

50 Harbrow Grove is one of several affordable housing projects that Bradford Projects are working on and have delivered in metropolitan Adelaide, and boasts 31 architecturally designed affordable housing outcomes which have been designed to achieve the “Silver Living Standards” of the Australian Liveable Housing Design Guidelines.

The proposed development not only provides housing at an affordable price point, but also offers various housing solutions for pregnant mums, young families with kids, people with sporting or traumatic injuries, seniors and disabled people or their families.
