Principal Consultant

Scott Twine

Scott is a dedicated and respected practitioner who leads our Health, Education & Community Team.

It’s a diverse portfolio that includes medical centres and hospitals, all manner of educational facilities from early learning centres and schools through to TAFE  and university campuses, as well as major community facilities.

He is also expert at facilitating retirement living development including land lease communities and retirement villages.  His background in green-fields land division is very useful for these projects.

Scott’s experience working for a local Council in a peri-urban region means that he has dealt with the A-Z of zones and understands their strengths and weaknesses in realising planning and development intent.  He also knows the value of careful strategy in managing politically sensitive matters.

He is equally adept at facilitating development through the Crown Development and Essential Infrastructure pathways.  Confident dealing with Councils and State agencies.

Whether he is coordinating a range of multifaceted documentation for a development application, articulating a complex planning argument based on contemporary case law, or working through detailed engineering designs, Scott is focused on speed, clarity and certainty for our clients.
