Rachel is the person who oils the development machine at URPS. Whether she is lodging a complex development application, resolving an area of confusion between parties or following-up an assessing authority/referral agency, Rachel is a fixer by nature. She knows who to speak to when things aren’t running smoothly and how to get them back on track.
Rachel has many years in the planning and development sector. She started with a volume home builder before becoming a paralegal in a busy property law firm. More recently, she has been the planning administrator at a local council. This means she has seen the planning system from all sides.
She is very composed when faced with tight timeframes or difficult interactions. The fact she is universally liked is a great attribute for any kind of problem solving.
Rachel is also intuitive and inquisitive by nature, meaning that she is always looking at how to improve the way things are done to get the best from everyone.
