His expertise runs long and deep.  It includes strategic property/development advice, master planning, planning approvals, negotiation/advocacy and project management.  Paul is also skilled in land compensation and acquisition including highest-and-best-use assessments.

As you may expect, he has a great strike-rate as a regular advocate at VCAT and planning panels.

Years as a consultant, together with a stint in Local Government, have given Paul a well-rounded project portfolio.  This includes major residential, mixed-use, commercial, airport, racecourse, industrial, business park and activity-centre planning.
