Marcus Rolfe

Marcus Rolfe

Interrogating planning provisions for meaning. Pitching planning arguments in a persuasive way. Going the extra mile for worthy projects.

As URPS’ inaugural Managing Director, Marcus helped establish URPS’ reputation for rigour, delivery and planning excellence.

He now dedicates himself to coordinating development applications with proponents and allied consultants.  The more challenging the better.  Using skilled interpretation of the planning system to convince decision makers.  A widely recognised planning specialist sought after as an expert witness in various courts and tribunals.

Marcus is obsessed with explaining the complex as simply as possible.  Making planning clear and memorable is key to better and faster decision-making.
