Madison Connelly

Madison Connelly

Excited by infill development, Madison loves the detail of multi-storey buildings as well as the impact they have on the urban landscape. She is driven to be part of something bigger.

Madison began her career in the Attorney General’s Department handling personal estates.  This required policy interpretation and implementation, as well as sensitive interaction with a wide range of people.  Madison has also led several teams working in hospitality.  This involved managing staff and customers in highly pressured workplaces.

This background gives Madison a great blend of skills.  Self-discipline, collaboration, customer-focus, flexibility and more.

Madison excels at converting complex information to plain English.  She expresses concepts clearly and can quickly find common ground.  The combination of her creative thinking and attention to detail also means that her ideas are achievable and her solutions are clever.
