Luke unlocks the planning approvals process through clever strategizing, being proactive and adapting as necessary.
Successful planners are motivated, reliable and composed. Luke learned this early in his career with a boutique planning consultancy. This is where he also whet his appetite facilitating a variety of development – industrial, commercial, residential and mixed-use in both metropolitan and regional areas.
Luke then enhanced his experience working at various inner-city, growth-area, peri-urban and coastal Councils. This means he knows how Councils work, what they care about and who to negotiate with. His extensive travel and study tours throughout Asia have also broadened his perspective.
Interested in the entire development life cycle, Luke is currently augmenting his honours degree in planning with part-time post-graduate study in project management. Yet more skills to ensure that our clients have all that they need from URPS.
