David’s dual qualifications in urban planning and industrial design mean that he can apply design thinking to problem solving. This is a non-linear, iterative process used to understand stakeholders, challenge assumptions, redefine problems, develop prototypes and create innovative solutions.
His understanding of the public sector provides valuable insight. David’s background in Local Government means that he knows how Councils function and what it takes to create policy that works. He also has a proven record working closely with State Government, developers and community stakeholders.
David’s experience as a consultant specialising in the sport and recreation sector has given him skills in master planning, asset management and community engagement. He is also great at demographics and analysis/design of infrastructure from a planning perspective.
This varied experience, combined with David’s terrific project management skills and adaptability, means that he can give our wide-ranging clients just what they need – high quality planning services on time and within budget.
