His experiences overseeing compliance matters and undertaking development assessment in the design focused eastern suburbs of Adelaide has given him a keen eye for detail and a knowledgeable understanding of planning policy. This all means Corey understands what makes applications move swiftly through the system.
In his most recent role as a planner at the City of Burnside, Corey was responsible for reviewing a significant volume of development applications – more than 600 in his 2 years there. Many involved architecturally designed residential projects where urban design was at the forefront of the planning discussion.
Corey thrives on high workloads and meeting the commercial demands of our clients – his energic, bright and smiley disposition combined with his ambition of being highly responsive and results driven, makes him a popular member of our high rise and commercial team.
